Order Cancellations
For standard orders, you’ll have the option to cancel using the link in your order confirmation email. You may also contact our team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may require Cheeky to purchase additional raw materials and reserve dedicated production and fulfillment time. Custom orders that are canceled before fulfillment will have any costs already incurred deducted from the refund. Custom orders that have been fulfilled may not be canceled or refunded.
