What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

Lost packages

At Cheeky we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details.

Damaged packages

We do our best to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition; however, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If this is the case, we are happy to issue you a refund or a replacement. If your product has been damaged in transit please take photos of the broken bottles in the original packaging (in the box with the box filler) and of the individual broken bottle or bottles and sent them to [email protected] or submit to us via our chat window. 

We are unable to issue refunds without images of the damaged product in original packaging. Thank you for your understanding!
