Lost packages

At Cheeky we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details.

Damaged Packages or Missing Items

If your order arrives with a missing or damaged item, we’re here to help, but we do require a few pieces of documentation to process a claim:

Please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Photos of all items you received, including all damaged and undamaged bottles, in their original packaging

  • A clear photo of the shipping label on the box

We’re unable to issue refunds or reship product without this documentation.

To ensure accuracy and prevent shipping errors, we:

  • Photograph every package before shipment

  • Weigh each order

  • Reconcile with the carrier’s proof of delivery

This process helps us prevent and quickly resolve any issues. If something seems off, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
