Shipping Policy
We ship directly to customers in every state in the US. Orders with free shipping selected will ship via USPS or UPS Ground 1-5 Day Shipping, whichever is lowest cost. Fulfillment time is not included in the carrier-generated shipping estimate at checkout- we fulfill orders according to the Fulfillment Schedule below. In most cases fulfillment will add a day to the carrier-generated shipping estimates.
Shipping Options
***If you have a time-sensitive order please let us know before checking out so we can advise on the best shipping option to choose! We are available via our chatbot or email ([email protected]) 10am to 6pm M-F, EST.
-Free Shipping: Orders with free shipping selected will ship via USPS or UPS Ground 1-5 Day Shipping, whichever is lowest cost. If pricing from carriers is similar we choose UPS Ground by default.
-UPS Next Day Air: This is an expedited option or one-day shipping. Please note that we fulfill on the schedule below, and message us if you need additional support with your order!
-UPS 2nd Day Air: This an expedited option for two-day shipping. Please note that we fulfill on the schedule below, and message us if you need additional support with your order!
-UPS Ground: This is a ground shipping (not expedited) option. Choose this option if you prefer UPS to USPS, but have some flexibility on when your package will arrive.
International Shipping

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not add fees to any shipping option- shipping costs populate directly from each carrier service. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Cheeky Fulfillment Schedule
Cheeky ships orders Monday through Friday except on the holidays detailed below.
The cutoff time for same-day orders shipped via UPS is 12pm EST. UPS orders submitted after 12pm will ship the next business day. Orders shipped via USPS (or for which free shipping is selected) will automatically ship one business day after they are received.
We fulfill orders placed on a Friday on Friday or Monday. We fulfill orders placed over the weekend on Monday or Tuesday.
*We are closed Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July. Orders placed on any of these days will be fulfilled in the next 1-2 business days.
