Shipping Policy

We ship directly to customers in every state in the US. Unless otherwise specified, we ship USPS or UPS Ground 1-5 Day Shipping.

We ship to international wholesale customers through our shop on Faire and Airgoods: https://faire.com/direct/cheekycocktails https://www.airgoods.com/u/cheeky-cocktails

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

*We are closed Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July. Orders placed on any of these days will be fulfilled in the next 1-2 business days. 

What is the cutoff time for same-day shipping? 

The cutoff time for same-day orders shipped via UPS is 12pm EST. UPS orders submitted after 12pm will ship the next day. Orders shipped via USPS (or for which free shipping is selected) will automatically ship one business day after they are received.

We fulfill orders placed on a Friday on Friday or Monday. We fulfill orders placed over the weekend on Monday or Tuesday.

Fulfillment time is not included in the carrier-generated shipping estimate at checkout.

Changed or Wrong Shipping Address 

Additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer if an incorrect shipping address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to obtain the correct information and reship the item at an additional cost.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
